    How do I make telephone calls?    
    Please note that after you receive a callback you will need to be on a tone phone.    
        
    From the handset of the TONE phone you've registered with Callnow   

     Dial your ‘DID’ access number     
     Hear a single ring     
     Hang up quickly     
     Within seconds you will receive a callback and hear a voice saying 'please enter your destination number now'.     
     Dial the number you require using the following format:     
     00 + country code + city code + number + #     

    (E.G. For a UK number Dial 00 44 1234 567890 #)    

    If you are calling North America you do not need to dial 00 + 1 just dial the (1) digit country code plus the number required and #.    

    (E.G. For a New York phone number Dial 1 212  345 6789 #)    

    Please note that mobile phone users are not required to press the send button after dialing their final destination number.    

     Can I use the Internet to request a callback ?   

    YES!   Simply send an e-mail to : trigger@power.axicomusa.com and in the text area enter: #YOUR DID#YOUR DESTINATION NUMBER# ( with NO spaces). Then press send.    

    Example: #1234567890#12123456789#    

    This feature provides extra convenience when calling from countries which block international callback. In most cases it works faster – so be sure to have your callback line available to receive the callback.    
       
       

     How do I fill out your order form ?    
    Please fill in the Callnow Callback Service Application form located in this web site.   Press submit.  This is our secure server and it may take extra time to load the page. Please be sure to fax or post the application form to Callnow.    

    The main points are:    

     Customer Information     
     Country Code + City Code + Telephone number -    
    This is where you want us to call you back when you request a call-back.  You have 3 choices (i.e.: home, office, mobile)     

     Monthly Credit Limit - amount of monthly usage.  Important!     

     Password - be sure to remember this password.     

     Credit card number + Expiry date     

     Customer Signature on the faxed or posted form.     

    If we do not receive a faxed form, we will discontinue the service    
       
    Who can join?   
    Anybody with a valid credit card and access to the Internet.    

     Can I introduce others to your service?   
    YES! Simply tell other to access this web site.   

     How can I request a reduction in rates?   
    Callnow will always try and keep up-to-date with the competition and with changes in our marketplace. Anytime customers notice changes in their area; please e-mail ratedept@callnow.com and provide us with the information. We will do our best to insure that you are provided with the very best rates and quality.    

     How do I receive my monthly Statement?   
    Customers are e-mailed a monthly itemized statement detailing all their calls.   Billing will be charged to their credit card. Customers may find out what their exact billing is each day by going online to the Callnow web site    

    What if I do not have an email address?     
    You can go to our web site and enter your password to enter the accounts section and you will be able to read your statement.  

    How can I see If a customer has joined? 
    You can visit your own customer pages which list all the customers that have joined as well as their credit - these are password protected. 

    What does a customers bill look like? 
    Customer get their bills online. You can see a sample copy here.  They are  also on password protected pages.
